Ingredients

Nettle (Urtica dioica, wild-foraged), goldenrod (Solidago spp., wild-foraged), elderflower (Sambucus nigra, wild-foraged), yarrow (Achillea millefolium).

How to Use

Steep 1–2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 10–15 minutes, covered.
Enjoy warm or iced. Best used consistently during allergy-prone seasons.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best used within 12 months.

Caution

Not recommended for those allergic to ragweed or plants in the Asteraceae family.
Discontinue use if any unusual reaction occurs.
