Ingredients

Goldenrod (Solidago spp., wild-foraged), calendula (Calendula officinalis), red clover (Trifolium pratense), burdock root (Arctium lappa), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza spp.).

How to Use

Steep 1–2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 10–15 minutes, covered.

Avoid excessive daily use if pregnant or managing high blood pressure due to licorice root.
