Comfrey Salve

Comfrey Salve is a soothing, time-honored balm crafted to support skin recovery from minor bumps, bruises, and sore muscles. Whole comfrey leaf and root are slowly infused into pure olive oil to create a rich, restorative preparation that eases discomfort and encourages natural repair. Local lavender essential oil and golden beeswax complete this simple, effective formula.

Ingredients

Comfrey leaf and root (Symphytum spp.) infused in olive oil, beeswax, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia).

How to Use

Apply a small amount to clean, unbroken skin where support is needed—such as bruises, muscle strains, or mild inflammation.
Massage gently until absorbed.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 12–18 months for best quality.

Caution

For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds.
Comfrey contains naturally occurring pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs); limit use to no more than two weeks at a time to avoid potential cumulative exposure.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
