Earth and Grounding Tea is a rich, root-forward blend crafted to help you feel steady, supported, and present in your body. With warming notes of cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), cacao nibs (Theobroma cacao), and ginger (Zingiber officinale), this tea wraps you in warmth while supporting energy, digestion, and stress resilience.
Rooted in tradition, this blend also includes mineral-rich nettle (Urtica dioica), detox-supportive dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), and adaptogenic ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), offering nourishment from the ground up.
