Milkflow Tea

Milkflow Tea is a nourishing, floral-sweet herbal blend formulated to support lactation and postpartum vitality. Featuring fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum), nettle (Urtica dioica), red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), oatstraw (Avena sativa), alfalfa (Medicago sativa), and chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), this blend gently supports milk production while replenishing essential minerals and calming the nervous system.

Each herb serves a supportive role: fennel and fenugreek help encourage milk flow, nettle and alfalfa provide deep nourishment, red raspberry leaf supports uterine tone, oatstraw soothes stress, and chamomile brings a soft floral finish to both body and mood.

How to Use:

Steep 1–2 teaspoons of tea in 8–10 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes.
