Monarda Oxymel is a bold, aromatic tonic made with fresh bee balm aerial parts (Monarda spp.), steeped in raw apple cider vinegar and local honey. This vibrant oxymel supports respiratory health, digestion, and immune function—offering a spicy-sweet lift with every drop.

Bee balm, also known as wild bergamot, is a traditional herb used to ease congestion, soothe sore throats, and calm the digestive tract. Its warming nature makes this oxymel an ideal ally during cold season or as a flavorful daily tonic.

Ingredients:

• Bee Balm Aerials (Monarda spp.)

• Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

• Local Honey

How to Use:

Immune & Respiratory Support: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily, straight or mixed into warm water, tea, or sparkling water.
Can also be used as a zesty addition to salad dressings or marinades.

Storage:
Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.
