Ingredients

Bee balm aerials (Monarda spp.), raw apple cider vinegar, local honey.

How to Use

Take 1–2 teaspoons daily for immune and respiratory support, either directly or mixed into warm water, tea, or sparkling water.
Also works beautifully as a zesty addition to salad dressings or marinades.

Storage

Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 12 months.
